This is one of my most favorite times of the year because you get to see all the decorations that people put up plus you get to decorate your own house. It is also hecktic time of the year because you are trying to get all the presents and trying to get the food for the party that you or a family member that might be having. All and all this time of year is a good one. Another thing that I like about this time of the year is the presents that you get. When we were all little we couldn't wait to go to where ever you had a tree in your house and then sit down with your parents or whoever you lived with and sit down and open all your presents. Then later on that day you help get things ready to go somewhere or have a party at your house and after the family comes you get to play with all your new presents.
The second best reason is because you are all done with school and you don't have to worry about getting your homework done or having a school project that you have to work on. It is also a good relaxation time period from school, depending on what level of school you are in. For instance, if you are in college then you get a whole month off before you start your new classes so you could work at your job a little more to earn some extra money. Some people go on vacation or just get away from doing much of anything. These people just lay around hang out do whatever they want without having to worry about getting school work done. These are just a few reasons for why this is going to be a good time of year to just take a break. Everyone will have different reasons on why or what they do over the break.
